Does anybody have HD radio?

I listen to the radio in my car. I have a six disc CD player, but I pretty much just listen to the radio. It seems like everyday, multiple times a day I hear ads for HD Radio. BMW is advertising on the radio and I’ve heard at least three different ads in a campaign selling exclusively on the feature that they come standard with an HD Radio. What?!? Really?!! They’ve got a line that says the ultimate driving machine is now the ultimate listening machine. Are they thinking that people are seriously going to buy a $50,000K+ car because it has more channels on the radio? My question is this:

Does anyone actually have HD Radio? Do you like it? Are the new stations any good?

Consumers are not interested in hte HD Radio farce:

Yeah, I haven’t heard anyone talking about it. None of my friends are telling me, “You have to check out this HD Radio channel!”

Thanks for the link, PocketRadio.

Justin, you are welcome. You can try HD streams for free at, http://www.clearchannelmusic.com/hdradio/. Also, compare that to Slacker at, http://www.slacker.com/, where you can create “personalized” music stations for free. I think you will see that Slacker, Pandora, and Last.FM are far superior to HD Radio.

What say you about all of this?
